The RV5 adds 10" of new clearance from king pin center to king pin center, giving you the extra clearance you need in a strong easy to install accessory.

Built For Years of Trouble-Free Service

The RV5 is fabricated from precision laser cut steel plate which is welded to the high standards you expect from PopUp. The finish is powder coat for years of protection and good looks.

The RV5 is held securely to the trailer king-pin box with a strong king-pin clamp. It also bolts to the king-pin box for additional stability. The installation fasteners provided are Grade 8.

The RV5 has a gross trailer weight rating of 24,000 pounds and a gross tongue weight rating or 6,000 pounds. The RV5 adds 3-1/2" height between the king pin plate and the fifth wheel hitch.

A Letter From an RV5 User

    Hi friend,

I would like to give some feedback on the RV5 pop-up hitch I bought recently.

I just bought the Keystone Raptor which is a 36' toy hauler and 15,500 GVW. I needed the RV5 because I have a short bed Dodge I used the 6 bolts supplied with the kit and was able to do 3 on each side. Installation went smoothly and I had to rent a big enough torque wrench to torque the big bolts.

I am now able to do fairly sharp turns. I estimate at about 75-80 degree before the cab comes close to the trailer. I don't normally do that sharp of turn or for maneuvering so this Device has saved me close to $1000 for not getting the automatic slider from Pull-rite. I just bought the regular hitch with the super rails and spent a total of $1100. versus $2100. I just took a 1400 mile trip to southern California and the hitch worked great.

Thank you for a wonderful product. Attached are a few pics I did, feel free to publish them on your advertisements. The picture of my truck from the side is how my trailer sits when hooked up. Clearance was 3" less before. A great benefit of this product.

    Thanks,
    Eric Buckel
